Is silk fancy? Not necessarily…but it sure does make me FEEL fancy! The material is light enough where you don’t have to worry about getting overheated while walking around and it’s not chunky like a knit sweater would be aka… perfect for layering!
I love the concept of taking a dressier material and making it more wearable for the daytime! Overalls usually aren’t what people think of when they think “I’m gonna get dressed up” but I’d like to challenge this idea.
Heels & a big fur coat can take this look from daytime chic to a night on the town! Sneakers made this a practical outfit for running around town (peep the fluffy pom poms).
